1. Combination cooking

The universal steaming oven supports multiple modes such as steaming, baking, grilling, fermentation, thawing, and can even be combined with innovative technologies such as low-temperature slow steaming and air frying. Support precise temperature and humidity adjustment (temperature 25 ° C~300 ° C, humidity 10%~100%) to meet the refined needs of baking, low-temperature slow cooking, etc.

2. Intelligent temperature control and fast cooking

Temperature control is divided into box temperature, meat needle temperature, and water tank temperature, with a temperature difference of about ± 3 ℃. The preheating speed is increased by 30% to ensure even heating of the food. Combined with vacuum constant temperature slow cooking technology, it can preserve the original flavor of ingredients.

3. Large capacity and high-efficiency energy-saving

The commercial model has a single processing capacity of 30-90kg and supports multiple layers of grills for simultaneous cooking. It can complete 45kg of dishes in as fast as 10 minutes, significantly improving meal efficiency. The energy-saving design reduces energy consumption.
